New General Manager

At the regularly scheduled ECIA Board meeting on December 18, 2014, the Board voted to award a contract to HOAMCO (Homeowner Association Management Company) to supply a General Manager and to do the Association's bookkeeping. The contract start date is February 1, 2015. Please see the January 2015 Vistas for an article detailing the care taken to make this decision and some information about how it will work. As a homeowner, you should see little difference in the operation of the Association. After the initial startup learning curve, the Board hopes that efficiencies and cost savings will be identified. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL
