Santa Fe County Development Review Committee (CDRC) Seeking New Members

The Santa Fe County Growth Management Department (Land Use Division) is currently seeking interested members of the public, including a position from Commission District 5 that includes most of Eldorado and surrounding area, to serve on the County Development Review Committee (CDRC).  The term is for two years beginning in January of 2015 and ending in December of 2016. Satellite Dishes on Roofs

Over the past year the ECIA has noted an increase in the number of Eldorado homes that have more than 1 Satellite Dish on their roofs.   Under Article II, Section 13, paragraph C of the Eldorado Covenants, it is clearly noted that  Eldorado homes shall have no more than 1 Satellite dish on a roof, unless they have received approval from the ECIA Board to have more than 1 dish.  This covenant is detailed as follows:

Architecture Committee Meeting Schedule Change

November 13

Due to the 2015 Holidays, there will not be an Architecture Meeting on December 23rd and the 1st meeting in January will be held on Wednesday, January 7th, instead of January 13th. Both meetings will be at 7 PM, in the Foyer at the Community Center.

Change to Guidelines for Fences

October 16, 2014

The architectural guidelines have been revised to allow for 8 foot fences, when being used for RV screening, and with proper ECIA approval. You may view the revised guidelines here.
