
ECIA Dog Park Rules (approved by the Board of Directors January 16, 2024)
- Limited to Eldorado residents with ECIA Amenities Cards
- Dogs must be registered with ECIA
- Owners or dogs shall wear a red tag on prominent display
- Female dogs in heat should not enter
- Remove dog waste & place it in trash cans
- Remove unruly dogs immediately
- Dog owners are liable for injury or damage caused by their dog
- Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult
- No alcohol, smoking, or weapons allowed
ANNEX
- Used for dogs requiring separation
- Example: small or elderly dogs, weak or impaired dogs
- Intended for single-dog owner use
- Limit time to 30 minutes if others are waiting

All gated amenities require an Amenity Card for entry.
Amenity cards are available in the Community Center office during normal business hours. Members in Good Standing are issued a card for each of the first two members on the deed of the property or rental agreement. To use the amenity card, hold it up against the keypad or box to unlock the amenity.
Amenity cards are renewed March 1st for Members is Good Standing.
For lost access amenity cards please stop by the office. There is a $25.00 replacement fee by check only.
Located at the ECIA Community Center, the .7 acre Dog Park and Annex have secure double gate entries, fresh wood chips, beautiful views, picnic benches and sun/rain shelters.
