Finance Committee

The Finance Committee serves the community by providing the ECIA Board with recommendations on financial planning. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board and advises them on the annual budget and compliance monitoring, investment review, proposed capital expenditures, maintenance of a Replacement Reserve, long-range financial planning and analysis, and development of financial policies and procedures and advises regarding adherence.
