With over two decades of experience in community association management, Allison brings a proven track record of excellence in oversight of a diverse array of properties, from condominiums and cooperatives to single-family homes and master-planned communities. Throughout her career, she has excelled in creating and managing annual operating budgets and long-term capital improvement plans, while ensuring financial prudence and transparency. Allison is adept at sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and working with federal and local regulatory agencies for the benefit of her communities. Her leadership extends to oversight of large-scale capital projects and implementation of proactive maintenance programs. Her dedication to fostering cohesive and vibrant communities has also been a hallmark of her career. 

After spending several years enhancing communities in different regions of the U.S., Allison is excited about returning home to Santa Fe where she has family and where she spent the early part of her career in community association management. We are pleased she now brings her passion and dedication to the Eldorado Community Improvement Association.

With a background as a former manager at Dazzling Displays, Ciara has consistently demonstrated her adeptness in navigating diverse challenges with poise and efficacy. Concurrently pursuing her Accounting certification at CNM, Ciara exhibits a commendable commitment to professional growth while concurrently providing invaluable support to the residents of Eldorado across various domains.

Ciara’s professional journey encompasses significant engagements, including her tenure at Santa Fe Public Schools, where she honed her leadership abilities as the president of the Senior Mentor Program at SFHS. Additionally, her experience working with children at Wood-Gormley Elementary underscores her dedication to community enrichment and fostering positive relationships.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ciara prioritizes quality time with her family and friends, and she actively engages in recreational activities, notably showcasing her athleticism on the backline of the volleyball court.

Mark Young brings over 15 years of dedicated service to the Eldorado Community Improvement Association (ECIA) in his role as Architectural and Covenant Compliance Coordinator.

Educated at the University of Vermont, College of Natural Resources, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Recreation Management and Environmental Studies. Prior to joining the ECIA in 2009, he amassed extensive experience in both the Hospitality Services Industry and the Outdoor Apparel Industry.

During his time in Vermont, Mark served as a commissioner with the Shaftsbury Vermont Planning Commission, where he discovered a passion for collaborating with community members and industry professionals to uphold regulatory frameworks and preserve the natural splendor of small-town environments.

Motivated by his admiration for the Southwest’s natural beauty and the diverse cultural tapestry of the Santa Fe Area, Mark eagerly seized the opportunity to join the ECIA. Over the past decade, he has embraced the challenges of his role, finding fulfillment in contributing to the enhancement and preservation of the Eldorado community.

Mark remains steadfast in his commitment to serving the residents of Eldorado, where he and his wife have chosen to make their home and looks forward to continuing his dedicated service to the community.

Since joining in 2022, she has exhibited a remarkable aptitude for learning and adapting to various positions within the Association. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through successive promotions, culminating in her current role as Committee Administrator.

In her capacity as Committee Administrator, Niamh plays a pivotal role in providing essential support to alleviate the demands placed on committee members. Her proactive approach and attention to detail contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of committee operations.

Moreover, Niamh holds certifications as a lifeguard and in CPR, underscoring her commitment to safety and her readiness to assist with pool operations as needed.

James Arquero was born in Santa Fe, NM, and grew up in California, graduating from high school in 1996. He returned to New Mexico in 1999 and pursued his passion for automotive work at Northern New Mexico College, where he studied auto body repair.

James previously worked at Rivera Funeral Home for eight years, ultimately serving as a cemetery supervisor. He later joined the ECIA team as a maintenance crew member and worked his way up to his current role as Amenity Maintenance Supervisor.

In his free time, James enjoys fishing, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors. He is excited to be a part of the ECIA team and looks forward to expanding his knowledge and expertise.

Thomas, a native of New York, has established roots in Eldorado, where he currently resides. He is a devoted father to three daughters who share his passion for outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, and musical pursuits like playing the piano. Thomas initially joined ECIA as a member of the maintenance team and has recently ascended to the role of Amenities Manager.

His transition to this leadership position reflects his dedication and proficiency in maintaining the community’s facilities. Thomas’s love for the outdoors aligns seamlessly with his commitment to ensuring a vibrant and well-maintained environment for residents of all ages, particularly the children. Anthony, born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has a diverse background in landscaping, construction, and handyman services. Early in his career, he gained experience in moving and establishing foundations for mobile homes. He later spent four years working for Admiral Beverage Corporation, where he worked in the warehouse and earned his forklift certification.

In 2020, Anthony joined ECIA as a member of the maintenance crew and has since advanced to the role of Maintenance Supervisor. He is dedicated to his work and committed to maintaining the community’s amenities.
